In 2001, Dr. Bolognese joined Dr. Milhorat at North Shore University Hospital as Associate Director of the Chiari Center. Together, they co-founded The Chiari Institute, where Dr. Bolognese served as Associate Director.
In 2014, Dr. Bolognese established the Chiari Neurosurgical Center, which later became the Chiari EDS Center.
